My word. We just had a crazy healthy dinner.

Brussels sprouts. Quartered, tossed in olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, roasted, and sprinkled with parmesan.
Sweet potatoes. Diced, tossed in olive oil and random spices from the cupboard, and roasted.
A mix of white and red quinoa
Slices of fresh avocado
A little circle of Babybel cheese, for me.
And a glass of white German wine, also for me.


We're making up for it by having yummy steak for dinner on Thursday! ^_^
